Dear valued visitor,

Since you have by now probably decided to spend your holiday in Dubrovnik, you must know or probably have heard that Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic Coast. What you may not probably know is that my apartments are located on the most beautiful place in Dubrovnik. Please  click on the pictures above and see for yourself!

 

About my apartments:

 There are two TWO-BEDS APARTMENTS, which are on top of one another. Each has a private entrance, a nice bedroom, and a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is a big and beautiful terrace in front of with a stunning view of The Old Town, the high-sea and the island Lokrum. 

THE THIRD two-rooms apartment is about 65 square meters, L-shaped with a private entrance, two big arched windows, terrace  and the same stunning view of The Old Town and the high-sea. There is a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, corridor and own bathroom . This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

 All apartments are air-conditioned.

Two parking spaces are available.

RATES:

 

Low Season -  May :

For Two-beds apartments: €65  per night per apartment.

The third L-shaped apartment: €100 per night per apartment.

Low Season - OCTOBER:

For Two-beds apartment €50 per night per apartment.

The third L-shaped apartment: €80 per night per apartment

 

 

High Season - June, July, August, September:

For Two-beds apartments: €75 per night  per apartment.

The third L-shaped apartment: €120 per night per apartment.

 

 

 

Remaining months of the year - January, February, March, April, November and the first half of December:

 

For Two-beds apartments: €40  per night per apartment.

The third L-shaped apartment: €60 per night per apartment.

 

Rates for Christmas and New Year holidays:  

The same as rates for May.

All rates include tax and tourist tax.

 

 

Payments:

20% of all amount should be payed as a deposit

By Bank,  Check, Western Union Transfer or Money order Transfer.
